Description
Antquarium - A study of ants in a self-sufficient habitat.
The habitat consists of a very nutritious, non-toxic gel in which you make 4 small holes to begin the construction of the network of tunnels. You need to go outside and find around 15 ants, take them back to the antquarium, put the lid on and observe how the colony gets to work. Within a few days, the ants will build a spectacular system of canals and tunnels, visible from all sides.
In a recent survey, nine out of ten ants answered that they prefer the antquarium to the compost heap. This space-inspired housing complex for ants gives you the opportunity to study them in detail.
