Returning a package that has not been picked up at the collection point.
We are invoiced for the return postage/fee of NOK 130-190 from Posten for all undelivered packages we receive in return. We take this cost on our own, together with the sponsorship of the original shipping.
We therefore do not have the right to send unclaimed packages free of charge and ask for your understanding for this.
We recommend that you choose "Pose på døra" if you have the opportunity, and that you make use of the post office's free offer of extended collection time from 7 to 14 days via the post office app or SMS.
