Put skis under the Hover:bit and make a lightning-fast, propeller-driven sled!
This is an expansion pack that requires Hover:bit .
The set consists of laser-cut birch veneer of the highest quality.
Learn to bend skis with steam the "old fashioned way", as traditional wooden skis are made. On the snow:bit, both motors are set to push the air backwards. This allows for speeds of up to 40 km/h! You can also test out different types of ski lubrication to see which gives the best glide.
The set can be used with or without the included skis. For use on ice, the skis can be dropped while the skis are retained. Note that snow:bit works best on flat/hard surfaces.
This sustainable building set is produced in the old premises of Tandberg's Radio factory at Skullerud in Oslo.
